 PRIVACY POLICY

1. Banflex has designed a privacy policy and established the necessary means and procedures to fulfil it.

According to the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act (LO 15/1999 of 13 December), personal data are understood as being "any information concerning identified or identifiable individuals".

The only personal data to which Banflex will have access are those provided voluntarily by the user. Banflex is hereby authorised to treat the necessary data for its use in relation to the undertaking of the agreed operation or service. Such data will be considered compulsory.
